Testing Testing 1 2 3....


Hi Guys! I'm KL Vox- You can call me Vox for short. Welcome to my first blog post on my brand new site! I'm suuuper excited to start this adventure and I hope a few of you will want to come with me!

I wanted to have everything I do in one spot so it makes it very simple- but my main goal with this page was to have somewhere I can blog and grow in my fitness journey. I have really emersed myself into research this year about nutrition and body transformation, so I am constantly watching other fitness bloggers. The one thing I noticed is that they all seem to have gone from "normal" to 'ripped" and they have before and after shots, but noone actually has filmed THRU their transformation. I thought this may be interesting to some, and more helpful to see someone else's actual trials and errors rather than it just seeming like they magically became shredded overnight. Lol.

I have been waiting to start this until I felt like I had some time under my belt (Noone will benefit from someone that knows nothing lol) But I also didn't want to wait until I was at my end goal.(That means you guys would miss all the fun and bloopers!) I want you guys to see the transformation as I go, and hopefully it will inspire someone else. I want to show that it CAN be done, and that it DOESN'T happen overnight. So here we go. Stay tuned for my first intro vlog!!! Let's see how crazy things can get.
