Photography
“Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever… It remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.”
— Aaron Siskind

I remember when I was a kid my parents would give me those little disposable cameras when we would go on vacations etc. They would get so angry with me because I would just take photos of everything- in their eyes "wasting the film" as they had to pay to develop the rolls. Haha. Well, not much has changed- I still photograph pretty much everything. I enjoy photographing people the most. Portraits are a definite favorite. My favorite style has always been black & white. There is something so classic and raw about a black and white image; They move me. However, on the other hand- there are some images that come to life because of the color. And over time I have learned, knowing which direction to go is art in itself. Creative Directing is my favorite part of photography, I love coming up a concept and watching it come to life. To capture moments that would otherwise pass by. It is a way of immortality.
