This week of pride I'm highlighting 4 more flags- and a couple of them are a bit controversial- lets get into it:
Genderfluid flag:

JJ Poole created the flag in 2012. Genderfluids embody the notion that their gender can vary over time. This can be within a matter of hours, or a matter of month/years.
The colors on the flag naturally stand for different things:
Pink for femininity,
blue for masculinity,
white for no gender,
black for all genders,
and purple for the combination between masculine and feminine.
Genderqueer flag:

Not to be confused with genderfluid.
Genderfluids gender change over time- genderqueer people don’t identify exclusively as male or female, instead their experiences of gender are “queer” — that is, not conforming to the mainstream.
To exist in a way that may not align with heterosexuality or homosexuality.
This flag is kind of controversial as it's seen by some as a more politicized or radical term of of terms such as non-bianary.
But by most is seen as an umbrella term for someone that doesn't fit in the traditional binary system of gender identity.
Leather, Latex, & BDSM flag:

This is another controversial flag in the LGBTQ+ community. Over whether it belongs in pride- as kinks exist outside of the LGBTQ+ community as well;
But I DO think this flag definitely has a place in pride as the gay community is a HUGE part of the BDSM communtiy.
I mean, have any of you ever been to The Eagle or Heretic?! LOL
Go there, then tell me there isn't a massive leather/BDSM subculture in the gay world.
This flag was created by Tony DeBlase in 1989. Black symbolizes leather, white is purity, blue is devotion, and the heart is love.
I LOVE that this flag exists. If you know me well, you know I'm a huge supporter of the fetish world.
Kinks are natural and healthy!
I think as a society we are so afraid of being "weird" or "strange". Therefore this world has had to mainly operate in the shadows; hidden away from proper society. I say that's a shame. To make anyone feel shameful about what turns them on is a travesty.
I say put it out there! We need more openess and honest talks about our sexual expression.
I love the fetish world. I love leather, I love latex, I love BDSM- I mean it just oozes sexiness.
Fuck your vanilla-norm.
Bring on the kink!!
Polysexual flag:

Polysexual individuals are attracted to multiple but not all genders. (unlike pansexual) Pan means ALL- Poly means multiple or many to put it simply.
The flags colors with green representing nonconforming genders- and pink and blue female and male.
Polysexuality can also sometimes be expressed as attraction to masculinity/femininity, not necessarily gender.
That's all for the flags this week my friends! More to come in the last 2 weeks of pride, as well as a special youtube that will be released the last week. <3
Stay queer! Stay kinky! Stay proud!
