Sometimes the best dinners are the ones you make for yourself. With your bestfriend, puppies, good wine, laughs, cuddles, and some really awful B list horror movie. I love fall nights, crisp cool air, sweaters. And I especially loved this night. More like this yes I think are needed.
Pierce and I decided on the menu as followed:
Pesto baked chicken (made from scratch, with basil grown right in Pierce's kitchen!)
A vegetable sautee with aparagus, onions, mushrooms, peppers, and zigzap cut butternut squash and a little Sauvignon Blanc
Cabernet Sauvignon to drink
